1. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be booked via our website, WhatsApp, or phone. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

2. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

• We request at least a 2-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure the next client is not delayed. Full charges will still apply.

3. Health & Medical Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service when making your reservation. Pregnant women are advised to consult their physician before booking any spa treatments.

4. Spa Etiquette

To preserve the tranquil environment of our spa, we request that all mobile phones be turned on silent mode upon entry. Nakshatra Wellness & Spa is a professional healing environment; any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with full charges applied.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalgaon.
